About Patent-Ed
Making America's innovation landscape visible, searchable, and understandable for everyone.
Our Mission
Every year, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office grants hundreds of thousands of patents. Each one represents a new idea, a solved problem, a step forward. But this incredible record of human ingenuity is locked inside dense government databases that most people never see.
Patent-Ed changes that. We transform raw patent data into an interactive atlas of American innovation, so anyone can discover what's being invented in their state, at their local university, or across the entire country.
